The project has been designed considering the safety, security, aesthetic and modern requirements of the consumers, changing the living standards of people. As an extra safety measure for maximum protection of life and property from earthquake, every construction has been planned to be one level higher than the applicable seismic zone as per the specifications of the Department of General Survey of Bangladesh. A small garden village of 35 Acres on the north side of the Antara Lake has been conceptualized on the lines of co-operative ownership, and 150 families with 500 beneficiaries would be made stakeholders in the township in lieu of their land. Our company will manage the township. The residential district will have one, two, three and four-bedroom houses, studio apartments, villas, penthouses, pre-designed bungalows and event lawns.
The meandering Antara Lake over the natural canal would be developed as an eco-park with a wide green belt on either side. This will allow DNC to boast of having a lake frontage of five kilometers on both sides. The lakesides will be scientifically developed for recreational purposes, which the people could use as a retreat.
